Zohreh Asiladib is the founder and principal lawyer of Asil Law Professional Corporation. She established the firm to provide focused, practical legal representation built on careful preparation, candid advice, and a clear understanding of each client's objectives.
Her experience includes addressing complex procedural and evidentiary issues, and representing contractors in ODACC adjudications involving major institutional construction projects. She has also advanced jurisdictional and contractual arguments under Ontario's Construction Act.
